Origin of the Air Max 97 shoe

Nike's revolutionary Air-Sole was incorporated into Nike shoes in 1978. In 1987, the Nike Air Max 1 featured a visible air bubble in the heel for the first time. Now everyone could not only feel the comfort of Air-Sole technology, but also see it in action. Two years after the introduction of visible air in the forefoot with the Nike Air Max 95, the Nike Air Max 97 arrived with the first-ever full-length unit.
